From Retirement to "Rewirement"!
Welcome! I'm Nikki Jameson - an inspired retiree, movement and wellness partner.

When I retired after a rewarding and challenging 37-year career, I felt disillusioned and shocked to realize that I didn't know what to do with myself - or with the rest of my life!
A Hatha Yoga Teaching course at my neighbourhood studio got my life back on track. I then enrolled in the Life Coaching Certification Course through the Centre for Applied Neuroscience (a course I now teach). The CAN coaching philosophy combines principles of neuroscience and psychology along with those of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
Inspired by what I had learned, I turned my focus to ways of finding relief from my chronic and often debilitating muscle pain.
I went on to study two very powerful self-healing modalities : Gentle Somatic Yoga®
and Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE)®.
I've experienced first-hand how profoundly effective these methods are in helping to resolve the long-held tension, stress and trauma that our bodies hold. I'm passionate about sharing them with as many people as I can.
