Our health, our families and the things that mean the most to us become more precious, now that we have the time to truly appreciate them. In reality, there will always be moments we have little to no control over, but what we can control is how we react to those moments. You will learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you. I can help you to be aware of your habits of thinking, behaving and feeling. Recognizing these habits and learning how to listen mindfully to ourselves, will help you deal with anxiety and difficult emotions.
